This polypropylene (PP) staple fiber is manufactured in China via one-step melt spinning, drawing and precision cutting. Seven series available: general nonwoven, high-tenacity geotextile, hydrophilic hygiene, flame-retardant auto grade, construction short-cut, colored filling and fine denier spinning grades. Featuring ultra-low density and near-zero moisture absorption, it maintains stable tensile strength both wet and dry. With outstanding acid, alkali and mildew resistance, it supports custom modification including UV stabilization, hydrophilic treatment, flame retardancy and dope dyeing. Compatible with spunlace, thermal bonding, needle punching and ring spinning processes, it is widely applied in geotechnical engineering, baby hygiene products, industrial filtration, automotive sound insulation, home textile carpets and construction anti-crack mortar. Uniform fiber without hard particles reduces processing waste. Mass-produced domestically with fully customizable specifications, it serves as highly cost-effective general industrial textile fiber.
