Cotton-like Polyester Staple Fiber

This cost-effective cotton-like polyester staple fiber is manufactured in China with special modified spinning technology to achieve natural cotton handfeel, including virgin polyester and GRS recycled polyester series. With multi-treatment of delustering, softening and anti-pilling, the fiber features fluffy and tender touch without plastic texture of ordinary polyester, combining cotton's skin-friendliness and breathability with polyester's merits of wash resistance, wrinkle resistance and shape retention. Uniform and impurity-free fiber reduces spinning breakage, suitable for ring spinning, open-end spinning, spunlace nonwoven and filling cotton. Customized denier, cut length, whiteness and eco-grade are available, widely applied in T-shirts, underwear, home textiles, hygiene materials and filling products. Compared with natural cotton, it has stable supply and controllable cost without seasonal restrictions. Recycled grade meets global eco-sourcing standards, making it an ideal chemical fiber to replace cotton and cut raw material cost for textile industry.
